Do you dream of being the star of a Funkita photo shoot? Do you and your squad have what it takes to pose pool side in the latest styles? If so this is your chance to do exactly that!

*Terms and Conditions:

1) The competition commences on 06/10/2016 and closes on 16/10/2016 at 12am Australian Eastern Standard time.

2) To enter the competition, images must be posted on social media during the competition period using the tag @funkitaswimwear, #funkitasquad and tagging your club (if you have a club).

3) The winning post will announced on the Funkita social media accounts following the close of the competition. The winner will also be notified by private message.

4) The winner must be available within Australia to fulfil the competition prize within the month of the announcement. If a winner is located outside of Australia they will be required to travel to Australia or forfeit the prize.

5) Participants may enter the competition as many times as they like.

6) There is no restriction on the number of participants that can appear in a post however one Funkita swimsuit (excluding performance suits) will be awarded per participant up to a maximum of 5 pairs in total.

7) The winning entrant will have the opportunity to participate in a Funkita photo shoot that is located within a reasonable distance from their place of residence.

8) Funkita will use its best endeavours to organise the date and location of the photo shoot within the winner's schedule, however the final schedule will be determined by Funkita.

9) The winner and other participants must attend the photo shoot on the date and at the location nominated by Funkita swimwear in order to participate. If any participants fail to attend the photo shoot it will not be re-scheduled and the prize will be forfeited.

10) If the winner or any participant is 16 years or younger, a parent or guardian of each child must be in attendance at the photo shoot.

11) The winner and participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the photo shoot. The photo shoot will be no longer than 2 hours in duration.

12) The winner and all participants must sign a model agreement and release (or the parent or guardian if 16 years or younger) in order to take part in the photo shoot. This will be provided via email and must be submitted prior to the photo shoot.

13) Competition winners are not permitted to take photographs or post on social media during the photo shoot.

14) Competition winners will wear Funkita swimwear provided by Funkita at the photo shoot.

15) While entrants retain the copyright of all works submitted as competition entries, each entrant grants Funkita swimwear a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, world-wide license to use their entry in any media for an unlimited time for any purpose, including but not limited to publishing the entries on the Funkita website, promoting future promotions and competitions of a similar nature.

16) By entering the competition, entrants confirm that all persons appearing in the photograph have consented to the entrant submitting the photo as part of this competition, including to Funkita's right to use the photograph in accordance with clause 15.

17) Photos taken at the Funkita photo shoot will remain the property of Funkita and can be used for promotion on any of the above marketing and media platforms.
