F-TEAMERS READY TO FLY AT SC CHAMPS

Emily is race ready for her upcoming events at the Aussie SC champs!

Next weekend four of our F-Teamers will be in action racing at Aussie Short Course Champs in Adelaide.

Following her medal-winning streak at state champs, 14-year-old Emily White is set for a busy first day of the meet in her hometown Adelaide. She'll swim in the women's 400 individual medley, 400 and 800 freestyle. What a tough challenge, but we know she'll smash them all!!

After admitting her car is full of coffee cups, it's safe to say that superstar Blair Evans won't be offering anyone a lift, plus it's a decent drive from Perth. Blair will be competing against fellow F-Teamer Emily in the 400 individual medley, and will also be swimming in the shorter IM. Finishing third in the 200 individual medley last year, Blair will be going for gold!

Carla is strapped in and ready to race!

There's no rest for F-Teamer Carla Buchanan. After racing at the FINA World Cup in August, she has a busy schedule across the three days, competing in a range of sprint events, including all three freestyle events. After finishing 6th in the 200 freestyle last year Carla will be racing hard to make it onto the podium.

Sian is ready to smash all her events at the Aussie SC Champs!

Golden girl Sian Whittaker will step up to the block on day 1 to compete in the women's 200m backstroke. Sian won gold in both the 200 and 100m backstroke at the World University Games in superb times. We have no doubt Sian will be hungry for more!

Tori Wright from Marion will be competing in 100m free day 1 of competition and 400m free day 2. Tianni Gilmour USC Spartans Swimming Club will be up against fellow f-teamers Emily and Blair in the 400 IM.

Sacha Downing and Mikayla Messer will go head to head in all 3 events of their events across the 3 days. Both hoping to impress in the pool and make a podium finish.

Stepping up to the blocks a few times over the course of the SC Champs is Aisling Scott. Competing in 100m breast day 1, 200m breast and 100m IM day 2 and 200 IM day 3. There will be no time to rest for Aisling.
