Another Star Queenslander joins the F-Team

From the Atherton Tableland of North Queensland, just outside Cairns, comes Stephanie Armstrong, the newest member of the Funkita F-Team. Swimming under Penny Soper since 2008, Stephanie has been setting national records...and she is only 12 years old!

Stephanie is ready to race at the School Sports Australia National Championships in Melbourne, after coming away with a swag of medals at the competition in Adelaide last year.

With the upcoming Schools, State and National Championships, Stephanie will be training hard in her favourite Funkita gear. The hard work is all towards her big goal of making the Australian team for the 2020 Commonwealth Games in Japan!

Whatever happens between now and then, we bet it will be good. Welcome to the Funkita family Stephanie!
