Bindy Hocking's Star Continues to Rise

Our Funkita superstar Bindy Hocking was nominated for Victorian Sportswoman of the Year for 2013 at the Victoria Sports Awards. Bindy had an amazing 2013 with a silver medal at the World Swimming Championships and wins on the World Cup circuit. She started 2014 with a bang, clocking an Australian all-comers record time in the 200m backstroke at the recent NSW State Champs.

Bindy is now tapering for the Australian National Championships in Brisbane which are less than two weeks away. She'll be looking for a spot on the Australian Commonwealth Games team heading to Glasgow in July. After some great swims in the lead up we're hoping to see Bindy swimming her way to Scotland!
